Description: Newly congealed cold molecules of star dust set out on a journey to find a new home beyond the immense stellar nursery that is Carina Nebula (NGC 3372 to its friends). This nebula spans more than 300 light years in the constellation of Carina, and is located about 7,500 light-years from Earth.
The gentle feel of this painting stems from the flowy brushstrokes full of warm pigments. The softness of shapes is achieved through attention to light, and careful tonality.
